D: I haven't got a colour printer. Is it possible to paint the models as I want?

D: What can be the cause of eventual visualization problems?
R: To obtain the best video results we advise you to use video cards having more than 256 colours: the video quality does not interfere on the print result.

D: The models are not enterely printed. What can be the cause of this problem?
R: The best sheet form is A4 form: using the Letter form some models should not be enterely printed. It depends on the printer's driver because there is an imprintable area which changes in every printer.
We have done many tests on many printers. E.g.:
- HP 820 - the program signals that "There's 2/3 mm missing in height"
- Epson Stylus Color and Epson Stylus 1000 - the program signals that "There's 15 mm missing in height"
- HP LaserJet 4V and IIIP - the program signals that "There's 1 mm missing in height".
