D:
Bar codes are not visualized or printed.
D:
The page break is not respected and between the first and the second label there is a white, not printed label.
D:
The program prints one label but not the successive one, using the tractor
alimentation (for example EPSON Stylus 1000).
D:
The test sheet of the page of labels is not centred.
D:
Labels are not printed completely and a white border is created around the sheet.
D:
The printed Bitmap colors are falsed when you set a color as transparent.
D:
Bitmap and graphic Metafiles are not printed.
D:
The program does not print.
D:
The printed labels are different from the labels preview.

D: Bar codes are not visualized or printed.
R: Some bar codes, as EAN8 and EAN13, have a fixed string of characters to codify; if the length of the string you have insert is different the bar code cannot be created.
Solutions: verify if the inserted code is right and if the link to CreaBar is available from menu "Help/About".

D: The page break is not respected and between the first and the second label there is a white, not printed label.
R: This problem appears if the page length set on the program is higher than the page length set on the printer. For example: labels in tractor form, length 12 inches,
length set on the printer 11 inches or less: you will obtain a perfect print of the first label, but the second one will not be printed because the printer must reach its right length (11 inches)
before to print another label.
Solution: You must change the paratemers on the printer Hardware and set the length you want (read the Guide Book of your printer, before to do any modification).

D: The program prints one label but not the successive
one, using the tractor alimentation (for example EPSON Stylus 1000).
R: This problem appears when the minimum page break setting on the printer exceeds the label length. For example the minimum page break of the EPSON Stylus 1000 is 4 inches.
Solution: try to set in the "Page of labels form" 2 or more rows of labels to obtain a measure bigger than the minimum length setting for the page break.

D: The test sheet of the page of labels does not centred.
R: Solution: modify the Left and Upper margins values, keeping the printer driver margins in mind (you can insert also negative values). You can see the selected printer values using the button "Info".

D: Labels are not printed completely and a white border is created around the sheet.
R: This problems depends on the printer driver margins: you have to verify the minimum settings allowed by your printer driver. You can see these values using the button "Info" that is present in the "Modification and creation of a page of labels" mask.
Solutions:
1) Try to change the printer driver settings, for example from manual to tractor alimentation.
2) Verify the possibility to reduce the settings of Upper and Lower margins on the printer directly using microswiches, control panel or specific configuration programs.

D: The printed Bitmap colors are falsed when you set a color as transparent.
R: The function of transparency is supported only for 8 Bit Bitmap (i.e. with palette).
The Bitmap transparency function is not supported by all the printers drivers; moreover, it's possible that a driver supports this function for one resolution but not for the others. For example, the printer EPSON Stylus Color gives different results according to the set resolution and dithering.
Solution: Don't set color as transparent on Bitmap

D: Bitmap and graphic Metafiles are not printed.
R: Solution: Verify the file name and the Path. It should be a problem of low Hard Disk memory for the creation of the temporary print file, if the Path is right.

D: The program does not print.
R: You have not any free space on the Hard Disk if the data sending to the print spooler seems to stop, the Hard Disk light does not flash and the other applications return to a normal velocity (for example the Screen Saver) but the label print does not start.
You have the same problem also if one of the following messages compares:
Error in the temporary file writing! Verify the Hard Disk space.
Labels not printed. Error during the print.
Labels not printed. Insufficient Hard Disk space.
Spool error on "File name".
Writing error, release space on the Hard Disk and retry.
Remember that if you have a 100 KByte picture and you print 100 labels, the print manager creates a 10 MByte temporary file.
Solution: Release space on the Hard Disk or print a smaller number of labels contemporaneously.

D: The printed labels are different from the labels preview.
R: The visualized text can be different from the printed text if you reduce excessively the font dimensions.
Solution: Enlarge the preview window dimensions.
